Expodentária is Portugal’s largest and most important dental equipment and materials trade fair, held in conjunction with the annual Congress of the Portuguese Dental Association (OMD). It takes place November 6–8, 2025, at Exponor (Matosinhos/Porto). It is an international exhibition with over 100 companies participating each year.

Large exhibition area featuring leading dental brands: solutions for implantology, prosthetics, endodontics, orthodontics, digital dentistry (CAD/CAM, imaging, 3D printing), clinical/laboratory materials and instruments, practice management, and services. The 2024 edition hosted 118 companies, 533 spaces, and >10,000 visitors, demonstrating the scale of the event.
News & trends: the latest innovations and technologies in the sector presented at the fair, alongside the scientific program of the Congress.
Training & content: in 2025, the Congress will also introduce the Fórum Indústria and confirm the Innovation Box, spaces dedicated to real cases, ideas, and discussion between industry and clinicians.
Networking: OMD defines the congress/Expodentária as the meeting point for dental professionals in Portugal, with an international exhibition.
Practical access: trade fair at Exponor, with dates November 6–8 and registration options updated on the OMD website (in 2025, day passes for the congress will also be introduced).

Nov 6: official Expodentária opening 16:00–17:30; sessions on Innovations in Dentistry (sustainability, value-based care), Oral Medicine (oral cancer prevention/diagnosis), Endodontics (pain, emergencies), Operative Dentistry (trends, techniques), Oral Communications, and Fórum Indústria (ortho–implant synergies).
Nov 7: Forensic Odontology, Therapeutics (bisphosphonates, mAbs; role of vitamins), Fixed Prosthodontics (zirconia), Sleep Medicine, TMD/orofacial pain, Orthodontics (hybrid, digital bonding, CAD/CAM), Periodontology and Oral Surgery; Innovation Box and Fórum Indústria (SIN, Patent).
Nov 8: focus on Pediatric Dentistry (minimal to deep sedation), Courses for dental assistants (imaging, practice management, photography, emergencies), Implantology (bone regeneration, subperiosteals, sinus lift, peri-implantitis), Integrative Medicine and new skills (acupuncture, lasers, orofacial harmonization).

Expo visiting slots (“INTERVALO EXPODENTÁRIA”): morning and afternoon (e.g., 10:30–11:30, 13:00–14:30, 16:00–17:30) + expo closes at 20:00.
