This is an advanced hands-on training course organized by Mesa Italia, combining guided implant surgery techniques with anatomical dissection on cadavers. Participants learn surgical precision, anatomical landmarks, and the use of Mesa IGEA implant system with guided surgery protocols.
The course is designed for dentists and oral surgeons who want to advance their skills in guided implant surgery. It is suitable for professionals with basic implant experience who want to refine their surgical precision using cadaver specimens.
Participants work with the Mesa IGEA implant system in Titanium Grade 4, including Narrow (3.5mm) and Regular (3.8mm, 4.3mm) implants, surgical kits, guided surgery components, and 3Shape/exocad digital libraries for planning.
The guided implant surgery course on cadavers provides ECM credits recognized by the Italian Ministry of Health. The exact number of credits depends on the edition and duration of the course.
The course is both theoretical and practical. It includes morning lectures on guided surgery principles, anatomy, and treatment planning, followed by afternoon hands-on sessions on cadavers with the IGEA implant system.
Participants should have a dental degree and basic experience in implantology. Previous attendance at introductory implant courses is recommended but not mandatory. The course is limited to a small number of participants to ensure quality hands-on training.
Registration is available through the Mesa Italia website or by contacting our training coordinator. Places are limited to ensure optimal hands-on experience. Early registration is recommended as courses fill up quickly.
