WHY THIS PRODUCT
The Multi-Unit System IGEA is a modern multi-prosthetic system designed to create screw-retained bridges, screw-retained bars, Toronto Bridge, All-on-Four and All-on-Six. It is Mesa Italia’s answer to multiple implant rehabilitations, where managing the disparallelism between implants and achieving passive-fit become decisive for long-term clinical success.
The variety, precision and versatility of the IGEA screw-retained prosthetic components allow simple, immediate and effective correction of the disparallelism between the various implants, for a tension-free insertion (passive-fit) of the prosthesis. The system covers the entire workflow: from the precision transfer to the angled abutment, from the connection cylinder to the prosthetic screw, up to the positioning accessories.
Available for Narrow (M1.6), Regular (M2) platforms and Multi-Unit (M1.4) prosthetic connection, with angled abutments at 0°, 17° and 30° in Hex A and Hex B variants for maximum clinical flexibility.
WHO IT’S FOR
Implant surgeons
For multiple screw-retained rehabilitations (All-on-Four, All-on-Six, Toronto Bridge) where correction of disparallelism and management of angled implants with 0°/17°/30° abutments is required.
Dental technicians
For the fabrication of passive-fit screw-retained structures: bars, bridges in titanium or Co-Cr, full-arch prostheses on Multi-Unit cylinders with digital workflow (Scan-Abutment MU).
CAD/CAM milling centers
For the production of prosthetic structures on Multi-Unit M1.4 connection, compatible with IGEA digital libraries and scan-to-mill workflow.
DISTINCTIVE FEATURES
Variety
22 Multi-Unit abutment codes with 0°/17°/30° angulations, H1 heights from 1.5 to 4.5 mm, Narrow/Regular platforms and Hex A / Hex B variants to cover every clinical scenario.
Precision
Components milled to tight tolerances with exact M1.4 prosthetic connection: open/closed transfer, MU analog and Scan-Abutment for repeatable digital workflow.
Versatility
Multi-Unit cylinder available in Titanium (CEM-1206) or Cobalt-Chromium (OCA-1207): material choice based on weight, cost and processing requirements.
Passive-fit
The Multi-Unit screw-retained system allows tension-free insertion of the prosthesis, distributing loads physiologically across the implants.
Disparallelism correction
Angled abutments 17° and 30° (Hex A / Hex B) to align divergent implants and restore a common prosthetic axis, simple, immediate and effective.
Complete workflow
From the transfer to the healing cap, from the abutment to the cylinder, from the prosthetic screw to the positioning accessories: everything covered by the IGEA system.
