The law applicable to any contractual relationship arising from this registration is Italian law, with subordinate application of EU regulations. The exclusive competent court is the Court of Brescia, unless otherwise agreed in writing. ⚠️ Triangular operations notice: If the delivery address is in a different country than the legal seat of the invoiced customer, the operation may qualify as a triangular sale (Italian art. 58 D.P.R. 633/1972) or intra-EU triangular sale (art. 41 D.L. 331/1993) or export sale (art. 8 D.P.R. 633/1972).
